Closes: paritytech/command-bot#169

New commands:

  • cumulus: bot bench-all
  • polkadot: bot bench-all <runtime> (polkadot/kusama/westend/rococo)
  • substrate: bot bench-all
  • bench on VM for testing: bot bench-vm $ ... reuses bench but runs on VM machine in gitlab
  • added exclude:true and support for command-bot to render docs without "args" in preset section -> add "excluded" to schema + add help/clean to docs command-bot#162

Docs:

  • added merge & rebase to documentation
